Job Description
As a Phlebotomist, you will perform your duties in strict accordance with SOPs to ensure donor safety and product purity. Your responsibilities include identifying donors, greeting donors courteously, setting up and preparing collection devices, performing arm scrubs, verifying label sets, operating automated collection equipment, and completing all documentation accurately. You will maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhere to all SOPs and regulations, and participate in staff training and meetings. Occasional travel may be required.
