Description:
We are seeking individuals to join our sales and estimating. The ideal candidates will strive to do their best each day, keep the best interest of the company in mind at all times, and strive for learning and growth in a thriving environment. We are looking for candidates who will identify the issues and opportunities for improvement and will bring the proposed solutions to management. We are looking for self-motivated, driven and highly efficient individuals to help us move into the future.
Responsibilities:
•Prepares work to be estimated by gathering bid invitations, proposals, blueprints, specifications, RFIs, ASIs, and all other related documents.
•Analyze and evaluate offers.
•Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, architects and vendors.
•Visit construction sites and other venues as needed for estimation.
•Compute overall costs for project (labor, material, and time)
•Completion of prequalification forms and bid forms, when required.
•Aggressive bid follow-up.
Requirements:
•3 plus years in Commercial Construction
•Associate's degree
•Ability to read and interpret construction documents. (Blueprints, specifications etc.)
•Pre-Construction
•Comprehends project management
•Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines
