Job Title: Estimator
Actalent is seeking an experience Estimator to be based in the Orlando market.
Job Description
The focus of this position is on producing quality, detailed estimates using established processes, systems, standards, and guidelines. This role is crucial for maintaining relationships with subcontractors, design and engineering consultants, and other project stakeholders. Successful job performance is measured by the ability to consistently produce error-free work. This position is ideal for an experienced and valued team member, who will be recognized and supported by a committed management and administrative team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
•7 years in the construction industry, with at least 5 years focused on Estimating.
•4-year degree in a related field.
•Experience in Estimating software (Sage Estimating, Procore, E-Takeoff, Bluebeam, Revit/Navisworks are a plus)
•Experience in CM conceptual through 100% CD estimating, and competitive bid work.
•Experience in Commercial Construction, specifically Higher Education, Healthcare, K-12, and Government projects. Multi-family project experience is a plus.
