- 3 plus years of GMP/Food Manufacturing experience
- Strong leadership skills being able to develop staff and articulate how to put staff on performance improvement plans if needed.
- Previous experience supervising 20 - 30 employees over multiple lines and areas within a manufacturing facility.
- Blending experience is a huge plus but not required.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. Your role will involve supervising a team of production workers, coordinating schedules, and implementing safety protocols.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the manufacturing floor
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and FDA regulations
- Train new employees on operating machinery and following safety procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Package and fabricate products as needed
Lead team activities to ensure manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner according to specification.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate forklifts
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and food industry standards
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
