Actalent is Hiring a Food Safety Associate

(Indianapolis, IN)

Description:

Position Summary:

-Operate CIP on all wet processing equipment following proper procedure

-Work closely with quality/production management to determine changing priorities

-Maintain compliance with SQF/HACCP including all required documentation

-Work closely with the QA department for sampling and testing; including trouble shooting issues with unacceptable results

-Focus on Sanitation and CIP processes including daily titrations and paperwork aligned to documentation

-Conduct food safety/sanitary quality inspections and communicate result

-Perform general food safety and sanitation duties throughout the facility in order to keep the facility contamination free

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Haves:

1) 2 years experience working within a GMP setting

2) 1 years experience working within Food Safety & CIP

3) Strong communication skills, as this candidate will be working directly with all departments
