Actalent is Hiring a FSP Sales Specialist Near Boston, MA
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the company and its products, research customer needs, and identify how our solutions can address those needs proactively; represent the company effectively by developing comprehensive knowledge of its capabilities and sales offerings (specifically within QA/RA and or DM/Biometrics).
Maximize sales performance through strong relationships with clients and awareness of their current and future needs.
Achieve monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas.
Generate leads and grow existing relationships by maintaining accurate customer information and building professional relationships for new and repeat customers.
Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, using outside-the-box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics.
Adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.
Conduct incisive and insightful research of markets and competitors, as required.
Work with BDMs, SAMs, and Delivery Operations to develop account and or market specific outreach programs, as required.
Utilize Salesforce tools to ensure a standardized process throughout all sales process stages.
Qualifications
At a minimum, completion of an undergraduate degree is required. Advance degree is an asset.
5 year of related job experience is required for this position
Strong knowledge of Functional Service Provider (FSP), clinical trials management, Contract Research Organization (CRO) and clinical quality assurance is required.
Experience within the pharmaceutical and medical device industry and knowledge of FDA requirements is an asset. Knowledge of additional regulatory bodies is a very strong asset.
Strong computer skills in appropriate software applications and related systems required.
Must have strong written and oral communication skills and Experience mentoring/coaching and providing training is preferred.
Must have the ability to collaborate with all levels of management in a cross-functional team environment is required.
Ability to travel to support customer commercial meetings is a must (up to 60%); for domestic, trans-border and international
