Job Title: Hardware Test Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Hardware Test Engineer to ensure the excellence and dependability of our electronic products. You will play a pivotal role in testing and validating product designs, analyzing results, enhancing system performance, and contributing basic firmware coding skills to support the team. Responsibilities include developing and executing test procedures for electronic systems and components, designing and building custom test equipment and fixtures, conducting detailed analysis of test data, diagnosing and resolving performance issues, collaborating with design, production, and support teams, maintaining and updating testing documentation, recommending design and process improvements, managing lab equipment, supporting R&D efforts, applying embedded firmware experience, and managing compliance, environmental, and Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT).
Hard Skills

Job Type
This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Work Environment
This position supports a variety of testing, from new product development to product support. It involves building automated cyclers and test jigs to achieve faster and more consistent test results. Coding knowledge to help connect the dots from issue identification to root cause is highly valued.
