Job Title: CSR/Pharmacy Tech

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Accounts Representative who will be primarily responsible for receiving and processing all new admissions and readmissions. The selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact for facility customers, ensuring that all demographic and payer information is received for timely delivery of medications. Responsibilities include processing census changes, verifying insurance details, and establishing relationships with facility staff to ensure timely information on admissions and census changes. The role involves rotating weekend shifts every 3rd week and working on occasional holidays.

Hard Skills

• Experience in a medical field coordinating with patients
• Previous pharmacy technician experience
• Proficiency in processing admission demographic and billing information
• Ability to verify insurance cards and pharmacy enrollment agreements
