Description:

-Dedicated professional who is a team player with experience in an office setting and is apt at multi-tasking and can transition between tasks efficiently.-Daily support to the operations manager and general manager.-The opportunity is part-time with an opportunity for full-time based on workload. (seasonal contractor) -Answering phones and filing. -Reviewing plans and specs for our scope of work to bid on. -Bid prep for upcoming bids.-Gathering material cost-Soliciting bids and performing follow up calls.-Reviewing and confirming jobs pending files.-Assisting with calls to customers with scheduled jobs to gather information. -Assisting with inventory allocation and counting at month end. -Assisting with warehouse organization. -General administrative support to operations manager and general manager.-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-A minimum of 1 years of experience in an office environment as a support person. -Intermediate Excel user with good computer skills required.-Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus, but not required.-Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to work within deadlines.-Detail oriented and a strong team player.-Ability to life 50 lbs required.
