Job Title: Lab Assistant
Job Description
Join our team as a Lab Assistant in our flavors testing lab. You will be responsible for keeping the lab organized, cleaning glassware, capping bottles, filing bottles and prepping samples, retrieving samples an draw materials from the factory, and supporting Associate Scientists and Flavorists. You will also be responsible for utilizing SAP to update sample information and organize safety data sheets.
Hard Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in the sciences or recently completed bachelors degree in the sciences.
- Basic understanding of lab protocols and lab safety.
- Organized
- Good documentation skills.
- Ability to work 32- 40 hours a week.
Work Environment
Lab environment with an assigned desk within the lab. Will also be responsible for entering the production area to retrieve samples and raw materials. Applicant must be able to work at least 32 hours per week between Monday to Thursday from 7 AM- 4 PM (Could work up to 40 hours if schedule works for the individual).
