About the job

We are currently seeking a Lab Coordinator who will help with document generation, and sample management. Good candidates would be people with quality assurance background, document controllers, and probably procurement specialists

Job Requirements

• Maintain all lab equipment, work with facilities and engineering on preventive maintenance schedule, vendor appointment as and when required and maintain calibration status of all equipment, including pipettes.
• Maintain lab inventory of chemicals, common reagents, assay kits, assay standards, non-stock items, and other general lab consumables. Communicate stocking needs to inventory management group on site.
• Preparation of chromatography buffer, formulation buffers, etc. according to buffer sheets with quality and consistency as requested.
• Manage incoming samples for testing and ensure proper sample submission. Ensure samples are appropriately discarded as and when ready to do so.
• General lab organization and 5s for lab workspaces.
• Assist in routine lab tasks, including but not limiting to glassware cleaning, stocking supplies, freezer cleanup, periodic defrosting, etc.
• Work with receiving department to organize shipping and receipt of materials between sites and with client/vendors.
• Work with facilities and safety to ensure chemical waste pick up and management in the lab.
• Assistance in sample aliquoting/preparation as needed.
