- Perform manufacturing tasks for reagents and buffers
- Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment
- assistance with reagent formulations
- Filling and kitting/assembly operations to produce high quality products on time
- Perform work order processing to complete products to inventory
- Execute batch records and follow WIs/SOPs
- Maintain correct inventory
Reagent Prep, Pipetting, buffer prep, GMP, GDP, manufacturing
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- High attention to detail
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions carefully
- Perform assigned duties with minimal supervision
- able to operate in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook (or equivalent apps)
- Ability to navigate and execute transactions accurately in various systems (MES, ERP/MRP, etc.)
- Familiarity with standard laboratory practices
- Previous manufacturing or lab experience desired; pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing experience highly desired
- GMP and GDP familiarity or experience a plus
- Experience with WIs and/or SOPs
- Experience with ERP and MES preferred
- Scientific / technical college coursework or degree a plus
- Experience with liquid reagent handling a plus
- Pipetting experience is a plus
