Seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to monitor and enhance the efficiency, output, and safety of manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include analyzing and troubleshooting equipment issues, developing project plans, updating technical documentation, and implementing Lean Production Strategies. The role involves supporting the preventive maintenance of key production equipment, transitioning new products from development to production, and developing manufacturing processes to optimize workflow and workforce utilization. Additionally, the engineer will be involved in creating Standard Operating Procedures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in design reviews, supporting Root Cause and Corrective Action activities, and overseeing the development and documentation of manufacturing processes.
This is a permanent position.
This is a fully on-site position in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
Fully onsite with a requirement to report directly to the engineering team. This is a year-long project focused on integrating a new machine capable of building two products simultaneously in a high-volume environment, producing 40 parts per minute with over 65 robotic machines. The role involves a 60-70% design focus and 40% manufacturing.
