Description:
-Assembly Operations
-Confirming and checking in with production area
-Ensuring operators have what they need
-Day-to-day troubleshooting on the floor
-Process development using pFMEA
-Liaison between design group and production group
-Putting info into ERP system
-Develop incentive rates and labor estimates for building a product
-Develop assembly layout, production and tooling requirements, and work constructions.
-Once product is in production, they will take a maintenance role with continuous improvement
-Opportunity other areas to help

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-CAD software preferred
-Mechanical aptitude
-Associate's or Bachelor's degree required
