Description:

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with an Aerospace background and experience in designing Composite components/structures! Who we hire will be assisting in the design and development of an electrical aircraft.

This is a hybrid position in the wonderful area of South Burlington, Vermont!

Responsibilities:

- Develop composite components from conception through production

- Structural design of components

- Design test & analysis

- Execute design improvements

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or other Engineering degree with strong Mechanical Design or Manufacturing focus from an accredited University

- Minimum 10 years experience in mechanical design and production

- Catia CAD experience or commitment to heavy use

- Composites manufacturing exposure

- Tooling and fixturing design

- Composites structure part design

- QC and dimensional analysis of complex part geometries
