Job Title: Float Medical Assistant

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Float Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Float Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care across various clinical settings within our fertility practice. Your flexibility and adaptability will be essential as you move between different departments and assist physicians in delivering exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for consultations.

Stock exam/treatment rooms and supply closets with medical supplies, linen, and equipment.

Update and maintain medical records and insurance reports.

Accurately document patient information on appropriate forms.

and data retrieval of paper/electronic patient records.

Drawing blood from patients

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients throughout their IVF journey.

Qualifications:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proficiency in basic medical procedures and terminology.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel between clinic locations as needed.
