Job Title: Medical Technologist (3rd Shift)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Technologist for a generalist role. The primary responsibility of this position will be to carry out routine medical laboratory tests for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. The successful candidate will be expected to set up, adjust, maintain, and clean medical laboratory equipment, analyze test results, and ensure conformity to specifications. Other duties include obtaining specimens, cultivating, isolating, and identifying microorganisms for analysis, and consulting with a pathologist to determine a final diagnosis when abnormal cells are found.

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 26 Week(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Warren, Michigan.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will be working in a clean, state-of-the-art medical lab. The shift pattern will be four 10-hour night shifts (8:30pm - 7am), with a rotation for weekends and holidays. Also open to 3x12 hour shifts.
