Our Client is a rapidly growing MEP Firm looking to add multiple MEP Project Managers to their team. This Firm is rated a Top 100 MEP Firm in the country with a focus on Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Data Center, and Commercial Projects

DESCRIPTION

Performs a variety of highly skilled duties such as assembling, coordinating, and managing multidisciplinary technical review teams

Manage the design and development of MEP construction documents

Interface with engineering discipline leads for proper resource allocation

Direct and oversee project teams for the duration of planning, design, and construction

Manage and control project progress throughout the design

Ensure timely completion of activities and adherence to project milestones

Ensure adherence to internal project budgets

Develop scope of work and fees for proposals

Liaise with clients and maintain client relationships

QUALIFICATIONS

TOP 3 MUST HAVES

10 years experience with MEP OR Specific Discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

Management of design phase (meeting deliverables and milestones, QA/QC of designs)

Client Management experience w/ GC, Architect, and End Owner

BS in engineering, EIT/PE is a plus

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in mechanical or electrical consulting engineering

Familiarity with new construction and renovation projects

Ability to write reports and proposals

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
