Actalent is Hiring an Operations Manager Near Denver, CO
Description:
Operations Manager needed to join team to support manufacturing team. Candidate must have extensive experience with engineering manufacturing including ISO 9001 or AS9100 tolerances. exposure to chemical manufacturing is preferred.
Requirements:
- 8 years experience as an Operations Manager
- Experience in fast paced custom manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to meet production quality and quantity metrics
- People management experience
- Experience working with an Engineering team
Description:
- Proactive Nature and Urgency: The candidate must have experience with hands-on production team management and be willing to work with the operations team in all capacities when necessary.
- Resilience and Tenacity: Must stay strong and persistent when facing challenges and setbacks, demonstrating the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties in an environment where ambiguity exists and drive through to completion.
- Motivational Leadership: Ability to build, lead, and inspire individuals while developing a positive team environment.
- Cross Functional strategy: Ready to lead supply chain, operations and production team efforts. 5 Direct reports and 25 individual team.
