Description:

• Responsible for general supervision of all phases of plant operations including: production, quality control, sanitation, maintenance, receiving and shipping, and safety.
• Recruiting, hiring, and training personnel and facility up-keep and capital improvements.
• Annual budget planning and execution.
• Work with the production team to increase productivity and profitability within the manufacturing operation using LEAN and Six Sigma.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, industrial technology, logistics or related field and 2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prefer experience in cosmetics or food manufacturing.
• Prefer 4 years of experience in manufacturing management
