Job Title: Process Engineer Job Description Actalent is currently hiring Process & Industrial Engineers in the Kansas City area. This position offers opportunity for complex problem solving and long term career advancement with one of the most successful brands in the industry! Qualified candidates MUST HAVE a bachelor's degree in engineering with experience in process improvement and LEAN manufacturing.
You will be responsible for tracking labor, ensuring efficient manpower utilization, balancing production lines, and d riving the development/installation of direct and indirect labor standards and methods. Your tasks will include conducting job ergonomics evaluations, analyzing process constraints, and conducting equipment cycle time analysis. You will also recommend the most efficient distribution of manpower, prepare cost estimates for new or revised methods, and develop cost-saving project proposals.
