Description:

Understanding of Process Control Plans (PCP), process/product validation, approved improvement projects, day to day problem resolution: Ensure PCP and follow-up, Identify deviations to PCP, Issue yellow or red cards depending on resolution status. ensure to solve the gaps to PCPs, propose PCP changes for process improvements. Improvement: for each process you will identify areas of improvement based on customer returns, production performance, or process capability, update PCP for each improvement, drive standardization and sustainability after implementation of new processes
