Description:

The PA/PM will be responsible for managing a team of 3-10 people, establishing project workplans (staffing, budget, schedule) and fulfilling contractual, financial and cost control responsibilities. They will also lead or assist on the internal production and delivery of architectural drawings, interfacing with clients, and will lead meetings during the construction administration phase of a project. This role will focus around building strong relationships both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience working on all phases of architectural projects
• B.Arch., M.Arch. or equivalent degree
• Registered architect preferred (will accept candidates actively pursuing licensure)
• Experience managing Revit projects
• Strong communication skills
• Construction administration experience required
• Significant experience using Revit for architectural documentation, as well as experience reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs and revising documents in Revit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively in a dynamic office setting, contributing to all phases of work.
• Manage project staffing, accounting, schedule.
• Lead communications among internal team, consultants, owner, and contractors.
• Manage agreements and authorizations with owners and consultants.
• Support excellence in delivering publicly bid work.
• Coordinate logistical aspect of design deliverables.
• Contribute to the work of studio project management committee to advance excellence.
• Maintain project record including communications, agendas, minutes, and reports.
• Advance the performance of projects through establishment and guidance of project team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Registered architect preferred
• Experience in Healthcare, Education, and S&T sectors
