Description:
? Lead multiple small and medium projects Supplier Transition Projects (moving from an existing suppliers to a new suppliers) while balancing competing priorities, exercising discretion and independent judgement
? Coordinate project activities following our stage-gate and/or PCO processes to ensure project goals are accomplished within the approved scope, timeframe, cost, and objectives
? Drive urgency by challenging project schedules with internal teams and suppliers
? Lead cross-functional project team meetings, document action items, track progress, and update project status
? Proactively communicate project information to team members and stakeholders as required
? Identify project issues/risks, document in Risk Register, and work with project team to develop mitigation strategies
? Update project tracking tools, including Parts Trackers, Action Trackers, Risk Register, PCO, and Bowling Charts
? Monitor project expenses and prepare project budget reports
? Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
? Liaise with vendors, contractors, and other external parties as needed
? Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, PCO change requests
? Provide support to project team members as needed and resolve conflicts as they arise
? Continuously review project performance and identify areas for improvement
? Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, policies, and procedures
? Consults with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand organizational approach in problem solving
? Provide weekly status updates including any risks/issues that require mitigation

? 3 years leading cross-functional project teams.
? Strong mechanical aptitude and Management of hardware Projects with Mechanical Engineers.
? Experience with Project Scheduling and tracking Tools (ex. MS Project, Smart Sheet, Excel)
? Experience using MS Office Suite (MS Teams, Outlook, Word, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
? Project Management Training is desirable (Ex. PMP certification or similar)
? 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume consumer product development and production environment is desirable
? Highly detail oriented, organized and organizationally agile individual preferred
? Knowledge of Lean principles, continuous improvement, and new product development process a plus
? Exhibits professional demeanor and emotional intelligence in all communications
