Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site support individual for our construction management team to help execute a multi-year Remedial Action work plan. Active construction months are from March to October. During non-construction months, the candidate will support the O&M team with various tasks.
Hard Skills
- Ability to develop and execute detailed project plans
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, daily reports, safety inspections, and progress reports
- Leading and managing work crews and project teams
- Understanding of construction processes, reading blueprints, and technical drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and standards, including air monitoring and health and safety plans
- Preparing and implementing health and safety plans
- Conducting site inspections
- Providing QA/QC on projects
Job Type
This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Santa Maria, California.
Work Environment
7am Start time Monday - Friday.
