Job Title: Superintendent for Large Mixed-Use Office Building Project

Job Description

We are completing a large mixed-use office building in Baltimore City and need a strong superintendent to help close out the project. The qualified candidate must have 5 years of experience in large Interior TI projects. The superintendent will be responsible for running subcontractors in the field, creating and managing schedules, completing daily reports and meetings for the client team, maintaining the project budget, and ordering materials.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Baltimore, Maryland.

Work Environment

Will be working on-site with the project team. The large project site involves a significant amount of work. The position supports the Baltimore office but also reports to leadership in VA Beach.
