Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Job Description
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for maintaining the company's quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials, components, processes, finished goods, and product returns. This role involves planning, executing, and overseeing product inspection and testing to ensure quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables. Key tasks include reviewing purchased products or components according to inspection plans, providing input for future purchases, documenting data from all quality assurance activities, and communicating any significant issues or developments to management. The Quality Assurance Specialist will also review sterility documentation, prepare Certificates of Conformance and Analysis, handle product returns, assist in ISO documentation preparation and scheduling internal audits, initiate and monitor Non-Conforming Material and Corrective/Preventive Action processes, and monitor existing processes to drive efficiencies and ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Work Environment
The work environment is a blend of office setting, lab setting, and cleanroom manufacturing setting. The work schedule aligns with manufacturing runs, which typically occur from Monday to Saturday. Flexibility in schedule is required, with potential early starts at 6 AM and occasional Saturday work. The schedule is subject to change according to business needs.
