Description:

• Reviews design plans, process procedures, test procedures, & quality manuals to understand the scope, requirements, & function of products.
• Provides input & recommendations to Management on business processes & procedural system improvements as they pertain to ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, & 45001:2018 standard requirements.
• Assist with maintaining the Internal Audit system for ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, & 45001:2018 with the aim of ensuring continued compliance.
• Reviews trends; investigates Root Causes of process & material defects, & coordinates Corrective & Preventive Actions, as well as Supplier Non-Conformity Reports, with the goal of mitigating & preventing recurrence & future product defects & process deficiencies, utilizing industry standard problem solving tools.
• Develop & implement a Digital Data Capture System along with its related processes, procedures, & work Instructions & allow integration into inventory management software.
• Facilitates an environment of Continual Improvement across all departments by auditing & providing consultation with representatives from all functional groups.
• Review organizational procedures, processes, work instructions, & forms & provide necessary guidance in performing revisions, updates, & implementation to ensure continued ISO standard compliance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in related field is desirable. Seeking 2-4 years of quality engineering experience.

Abilities / Competencies:

• Reads, comprehends, understands, speaks & writes English proficiently.
• Understands & communicates using industry terminology; able to articulate & convey sometimes difficult &/or complicated concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to serve as a liaison with developers, project managers, department managers, & customer support.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail.
• Skilled in statistics, data tracking, metric trends & information presentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, & Access in a Windows operating system environment.
• Proficiency in Digital Data Capture, Retention, & Inventory System databases & software platforms including programming of said software and platforms
• Experience with maintaining compliance to ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, & 45001:2018 standards.
