Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Inspector to devise and review inspection specifications for products or processes alongside engineering. You will ensure conformance requirements for raw materials or intermediate products from suppliers and monitor their compliance throughout the production process. As an integral member of the production team, you will review product development procedures to identify the appropriate inspection processes, inspect final outputs, compare properties to requirements, and approve or reject materials based on conformity. You will also play a leadership role in the Material Review Board (MRB) for material disposition, including segregation and control, maintain accurate documentation, perform historical analyses, and submit detailed reports to management. Additionally, you will actively participate in the root cause correction action (RCCA) process and suggest improvements.

• Proficient in MS Office
• In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
• Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
• Certification of quality assurance is a strong advantage (ISO 9000, AS9100, etc.)

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Huntsville, Alabama.
