Description:

• Process documentation (Procedures, Process Maps, Job Aids, etc.)
• Efforts in QA Reporting (Management Review, Quality Alerts, test records, 8D-Reports, etc.)
• Supporting responsible departments in fulfilling QA requirements (by participating in supplier evaluation, audits, etc.)
• Overseeing the inspection activities of the Kanban Production Line.
• Owning the process for managing and evaluation of nonconforming material (MRB, DMR, OOBF, etc.)
• Devising and implementing methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment
• Initiating and supporting root cause analysis of high priority returned items, Out-Of-Box-Failures, corporate initiatives, etc.

Skills:

• Troubleshooting of electro-mechanical products/devices
• Experience creating/ involved with Audits
• Working knowledge of a manufacturing environment
• Experience working in ISO Standards
• Hands-on experience leading Continuous Improvement projects
• Leading Root Cause Analysis Reports and Analysis projects

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or ASEE with experience .
• Minimum of 3 years working in a Quality Environment
• Experience in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of SAP (System Applications and Products)
• ASQC CQE Certification is preferred
