Description | Quality Technician:
-Maintain the GMP environment, perform quality control checks, troubleshoot issues, and monitor manufacturing processes to ensure high quality and efficient production.
-Operate inspection and clearance of incoming raw material and the production of customized electrolyte formulations using diverse methods tailored to customer requirements.
-Maintain precise inventory of raw materials, lithium-ion battery electrolytes, and production support supplies.
-Work alongside chemists, production, and other departments to guarantee the operational efficiency.
-Collaborate with chemists, engineers, and other departments to address product-related quality concerns and maintain high standards.
-Provide comprehensive support across all facets of the production process.
-Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards.
-Conduct regular inspections of production processes, raw materials, and finished products to identify any deviations or defects.
-Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop and execute quality control plans.
-Monitor and document process parameters, product specifications, and test results.
-Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes for any quality-related issues.
-Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant quality standards.
-Assist in the development and validation of analytical methods for quality testing.
-Provide input for continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and process efficiency.
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma Required
-2 Years of GMP Experience Required
-1 Years of quality/laboratory experience
-Chemical Manufacturing Experience Preferred
Plus:
-Bilingual in Korean
