Description:

We are looking for a construction professional to take a true hands-on approach to all aspects of construction management. From pre-construction meetings through project closeout reports, you would work closely with owners, designers, and Design-Build teams to ensure cost control and on-time project delivery. We encourage our Construction Management teams to question what is possible to improve the quality of life for our clients by finding real-world solutions for our communities’ most important infrastructure needs.

You would be helping to continue our companies growth in Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York, we are looking for someone who share in our entrepreneurial spirit to join our Construction Services Division to support many on-going projects.

Responsibilities:

•Read and interpret construction plans and specifications

•Prepare daily inspection reports

•Perform quantity computations

•Perform material sampling and testing

•Maintain field records

Must Haves:

1.) 10 years working as a resident engineer, construction inspector, or other relevant career.

2.) Expierence working with the CT DOT

3.) Relevant field inspection experience in civil, highway, vertical, or relevant engineering and survey fields.

4.) Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures.

3.) NETTCP HMA/CI/S&A and/or ACI certification, NICET II-IV certification, or CCM/CMIT Certification preferred.

4.) MTA electrical, traction power, etc. (highly desirable)
