Job Title: Sr. Principal Systems Engineer

Job Description

• Apply life cycle management principles within exploratory, new product development, or sustaining phases.

• Perform as an independent reviewer in technical and design reviews of electro-mechanical systems.

• Use knowledge of technology, process, and/or therapy domains to drive solutions and product design realization.

• Propose and drive solutions to complex technical problems.

• Be recognized within the immediate team for technical and/or process expertise as evidenced by solicitation for input on a variety of issues.

• Engage and be respected within the team, for example, may act as LSD or PDO for products or as a subject matter expert on technical problems.

• Demonstrate understanding of and adherence to FDA, ISO, and IEC design control procedures, regulations, and standards within the area of responsibility/expertise.

• Apply risk scenarios and technical risk mitigation.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in the great Minneapolis/St. Paul area, Minnesota and some days remote.
