Laser System Operation and Testing:Operate and oversee laser systems, with a strong emphasis on implementing and conducting rigorous laser testing protocols.Develop and execute comprehensive laser testing procedures to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Collaborate with engineering teams to refine testing methodologies and implement improvements.Optical Alignment:Perform precise optical alignment of laser components.Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance and refine optical alignment procedures.Troubleshoot and resolve any optical alignment issues promptly.Maintenance and Calibration:Conduct routine maintenance and calibration activities, with a focus on preserving optimal laser system performance, testing accuracy, and precise optical alignment.Collaborate with engineering to implement upgrades and improvements, ensuring alignment integrity.Maintain detailed records of all maintenance, calibration, and testing activities.Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough quality control checks on laser components, emphasizing adherence to laser testing and optical alignment parameters.Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address and resolve any quality issues related to laser testing and optical alignment.Implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain high-quality standards.Process Optimization:Continuously evaluate and optimize laser processing parameters, particularly those related to laser testing and optical alignment, for enhanced efficiency and product quality.Provide technical input for the development of new laser-based manufacturing processes with a focus on laser testing and optical alignment.
