Urgently hiring a Supple Chain Associate at a growing Cell and Gene Therapy Company!
Position Overview:
The Supply Chain Associate I will participate in the coordination of and distribution of operations materials through a kitting process from work orders
created and inventory control activities.
Job Description:
- Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday - 4:00 pm to 2:00 am (Training is M-F, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm)
- Responsible for arranging shipping and receiving schedules and schedules collections with qualified carriers as per client’s instructions.
- Responsible for creating work orders/Issuing materials to WO in ERP System.
- Responsible for temperature sensitive shipment handling, hazardous material labeling and handling.
- Assist in the inventory of liquid nitrogen freezers and tracking inventory transactions in NetSuite ERP system as needed
- Comply and observe with all cGMP practices and regulations and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED is minimum requirement.
- Need to have 1-2 years of experience working within cGMP manufacturing environment and within material management.
- Must be able to work during the weekend, holidays and as required by the company.
