Job Title: Survey Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to assist in, and eventually take over, the oversight of our survey department within a civil engineering firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects across both public infrastructure such as road and bridge work, and private sector projects including subdivisions and commercial/office buildings. This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with staff, clients, and engineering partners. The successful candidate will manage projects, including budgeting, scope definition, scheduling, and creating statements of work and proposals for contracts valued up to $1 million. Additionally, the role involves reviewing the general business climate of the department, developing new business opportunities, promoting marketing strategies to increase sales, and measuring department performance.

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Beaverton, Oregon and some days remote.
