We are looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager that will report to the Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Data Analytics and should have led a team of Analysts.

This is an Onsite position and we prefer Local candidates

1. Project Management:
   • Collaborate with the Principal Project Manager to develop and execute project plans for data analysis initiatives.
   • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
   • Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring adherence to plans and timelines.
2. Data Compilation and Assessment:
   • Compile data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and relevance.
   • Monitor and assess data for various attributes such as authenticity, expectancy, timeliness, and relevancy.
   • Leverage internal Processes and Procedures to enhance project turn-around time

1. Reporting and Documentation:
   • Generate comprehensive reports on project progress, key metrics, and data analysis findings.
   • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of methodologies, processes, and procedures.
2. Collaboration and Mentoring:
   • Actively participate in group discussions to determine information relevancy related to priority requirements.
   • Conduct detailed examinations of gathered information.
   • Collaborate in the refinement and implementation of methodologies.
   • Engage in mentoring activities, sharing knowledge with team members.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in finance, business management, public administration, engineering, or a related field.
• 1 year project management experience
• 1 year team leading experience
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with Project Management tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to contribute to group discussions.
• Analytical mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work beyond the regular 9-5 pm and Weekends/Holidays
