Actia is Hiring a Quality Inspector Near Romulus, MI
- 2 years experience in Quality manufacturing, preferably in the electronics field.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards (preferred)
- Knowledge of Quality Tools - AIAG Core Tools (preferred)
- IPC 610 certified (preferred)
- Daily control and monitoring of quality related documents in manufacturing
- Create MRB reports, attend MRB meetings as required
- Evaluate measurement results, understands adherence to tolerances and specifications
- Support new product/process launches (creating inspection plan, reports and controls)
- Lead problem solving activities using 8D methodology; able to identify and analyze routine issues
- Follow Quality Policy
- Support ESD inspection of carts, tables, equipment and document results for compliance and CA if applicable.
- Able to train others in Quality requirements
- Basic computer skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Other duties as assigned
