We're seeking a highly motivated teammate eager for growth into our Clinical Training Administrator role! This rockstar will serve as an integral support to the clinical leadership team, ensuring that they have what they need to meet their annual strategic goals. This person will report to the Chief Clinical Officer, reside at Austin HQ and provide support to key leaders including the Chief Clinical Offer and the Clinical Director of Special Projects.

• Plan and execute regional and clinical education and celebratory events
• Perform administrative tasks related to all clinical programs under the Chief Clinical Officer and Clinical Director of Special Projects
• Assist the Clinical Director of Special Projects in maintaining all clinical manuals, resources and tools
• Support in data management specific to Clinical Leadership goals and objectives (ABC Outcomes, ABC Academy, ABC Everest, etc)
• Report project outcomes to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans

• Bachelor Degree - Preferred
• Must be located in Austin, Tx and be able to commute to our HQ office.
• Strong interpersonal skills including written, verbal and presentation skills
• Strong project management skills including the creation of work tasks lists, completion of tasks and reporting back completion, barriers, etc.
• Proficient at Excel, Google Sheets, and Canva
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work both independently and on a team
• Passion for detail and excellence in all tasks, no matter the size

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk and assume a variety of positions (i.e. bending, kneeling, squatting, crawling, crouching, climbing, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching at or above shoulder level, and reaching overhead.)
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to maintain near and far visual acuity
• Must be able to be physically present at assigned job location
• Ability to properly wear necessary PPE
