Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk, including answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders as necessary.
