This team member will be responsible for achieving maximum profitability while focusing on customer retention. To achieve this, he or she must effectively lead and manage personnel; have a strong knowledge of the market, and possess an in-depth understanding of leadership, mentorship, and the brand.
Required Qualifications & Job Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as an Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Manager, GSM or GM in the powersport or motorcycle industry
- Motorcycle license
- Possess sound judgment and decision-making ability
- DMS experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong sales and sales management skills
- Previous experience in developing and coaching high-performance teams
- Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement
- Passion for the motorcycling and powersports lifestyle and riding community
