Small Physical Therapy office seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily operations and administrative functions at our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage the office environment.
Position is 32-36hours Monday -Thursday. DOE
Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable and administrative functions
- Supervise and support administrative staff, including receptionist and gym aide
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Handle scheduling, event planning, and coordination of meetings
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Maintain office records, including filing systems and databases
Requirements:
-Medical office experience
-EMR experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of basic human resources functions
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
