Reporting to:  Chief Marketing Officer, Sugars Enterprises

Job Type:  Full-time

Location:  Las Vegas Office

Start Date:  ASAP

Salary: $60,000 Commission

This sales-focused role provides exposure to two interrelated companies, the marketplace leaders and pioneers of the Business Coaching concept. Both ActionCOACH® and Brad Sugars Enterprises, LLC were founded by Brad Sugars, a bestselling author, keynote speaker and #1 business coach globally.

ActionCOACH® is a global franchisor of business coaching and mentoring services. We have over 30 years of experience in the industry and help clients in 70 countries through 800 franchise units worldwide. We are a diverse group of franchise professionals working closely together and truly operating globally. Brad Sugars Enterprises, LLC specializes too in Business Coaching offering a suite of programs, courses and development opportunities for business owners and professionals.

Position Overview

This is a new and exciting opportunity to be integral to two Global brands' future growth.

The focus within the ActionCOACH brand will be on event sales for two large-scale events. Biz X, is the signature annual business event of the year drawing more than 500 business owners and their coaches. The annual ActionCOACH Global Conference attracts our Franchise Partners to come together, network and focus on growth and wealth creation goals. Your focus will be to drive and increase ticket sales for each event.

The sales focus within the Sugars Enterprise brand will be across signature programs for business owners and professionals. These include the signature 30X programs which are self-paced online program, virtual live 2-day training programs facilitated by Brad Sugars and the 12-month based Entrepreneur University Program.

Essential Job Functions

  • Repeated weekly outbound call cycle to Franchise network to encourage sales, upgrades to VIP tickets, volume purchases by clients.
  • Weekly calls to other databases (past event attendees, past winners/finalists, general databases). In some cases where phone numbers are not available email reach will be required.
  • Sugars Enterprises sales for programs and webinars ranging in value from $99 to $25,000.
  • Daily Zoom calls with cold and warm audiences who purchased 30X programs.
  • Upgrades to existing webinar registrants and program purchasers.
  • Daily record-keeping on sales activities within the CRM
  • Daily and weekly reporting on sales activities and ticket sales progress
  • Weekly event P/L updates to analyse progress to goal
  • On-the-ground/in-person sales support at any seminars or during any webinars or events as required

Qualifications, Skills, Ability & Knowledge

In addition to sharing our vision for World Abundance through Business Re-education, to be successful in this role, you will have the following;

  • Experience in selling, and upselling business event tickets and business programs at a value range of $99 through to $25,000.
  • Ability to gain rapport quickly with both internal and external customers.
  • A good working knowledge of Hubspot/Keap CRM.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and active listening skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Successful candidates are interactive and KPI-driven to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Detail orientated to show daily and weekly reporting on progress.
  • Ability to understand multiple event structures and identify opportunities.
  • Comfortable with managing multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with dual reporting and management structure.

  • Position requires occasional (20%) travel within the local area, traveling to office and business locations to conduct business transactions. This involves exposure to weather conditions, traveling distances to and from buildings, and operating a vehicle.
  • Ability to Comply to the Company Drug and Alcohol Policy as a requirement of a position that could adversely affect the safety of others.
