Key Responsibilities:

This position requires a motivated self-starter who is committed to quickly learning our unique value proposition and sales process, can overcome challenges, and generate immediate results.

Specifically, this will include:

  • Research and identify potential clients, partners, and markets to expand our business.
  • Prospect and network (phone, face-to-face, internet).
  • Generate qualified leads through various marketing avenues.
  • Collaborate with Owner to formulate and implement an individualized action plan that aligns with the goals of the firm.
  • Produce and manage marketing content through various technology and social-media platforms.
  • Assist with coordination and planning for events.
  • Present to groups.
  • Track activity and results through KPI metrics.
  • Assist in long-term client and strategic partner relationships.
  • Suggest innovations / improvements to Best Practices to accelerate our results and impact.

Requirements:

  • Live in the greater Corpus Christi, TX area.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
  • 3 years' Sales & Marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, verbal and writing skills.
  • Strong business acumen and local business owner connections.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, marketing tools, Microsoft Office, websites, and social media platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles and best practices.
  • Creative thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Resourceful.
  • Comfortable with networking, presenting, and facilitating groups.
  • Ability to work during and after normal business hours (networking events).

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior business ownership or management role in organization.
  • Coaching or teaching experience.
