mitigation protocols * Respond to and update multiple units during implication of incident response protocol * Valuate compliance issues and implement necessary security fixes * Assist with remediation of threats and compromises during all stages (before, during, after) of incidents * Monitor and review changes for accuracy and compliance with company policies * Determine effective security measures against attacks * Preparation of reports and documentation * Oversee security awareness programs and education *IT Specialist- Cybersecurity Requirements Include:* * Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security, Security Studies, Intelligence Studies, or similar fields * Extensive experience in incident handling and response * Supporting incident investigations, as well as classifying, mediating, and escalating incidents * Experience with tools and programs such as SIEM, Intrusion Prevention, Endpoint Security, and Mail/Web Proxy * Excellent analytical, leadership, and interpersonal collaboration skills * Proficiency in computer programs such as MS Office, Windows, Linux, Unix, etc. * Certification in CISSP (Certified Info System Security Pro) and/or similar certificates (preferred) * _This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
