Active Concepts, a leading innovator in the personal care manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Sterilizer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management of the company’s Internet and information technologies (IT) assets
• Administrate acceptable use policies
• Assists in managing vendor relationship and vendor contracts related to hardware, software, and IT services
• Make effort for effective safety protocols
• Make recommendations for the improvement of the company’s IT department
• Constructing and implementing plans to ensure the company’s network continues to operate smoothly in the event of a problem
• Working closely with other department Managers to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the company’s network
• Staying up to date with new network technology and reporting this information to the executive team each quarter
• Maintain good working attitude with other IT staff
• Respond to questions on IT
• Handle the organization’s hosting information
• Responsible for the management of the organization’s email accounts
• Make mechanism for the protection of the company’s systems
• Responsible for end-user issues with LOB applications; Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot and maintain line of business applications.
• Responsible for the installation and configuration of software on computer systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in a managerial role..
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans in line with business objectives.
• Proficient in various IT systems, software, and platforms relevant to the industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions quickly.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Possess a high level of detail oriented integrity and commitment to organizational success.
• Experience with Sage preferred, but not required.
