Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of physicians
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

- Complete admission assessments, readmission assessments and quarterly assessments
- Utilize medical documentation systems effectively
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Assist in examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety

Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Nurse or similar role
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Familiarity with medical records management and Home Health
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Familiarity with Home Health

Pay: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
