Active Peptide Company is a leading manufacturer and distributor of cosmetic ingredients. We are expanding our operations and seeking a dedicated team member to grow with us long-term, starting with packaging products, answering customer inquiries via email, and attending online meetings with customers. This role is ideal for a flexible and motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, small-business type of environment. Hours are flexible and negotiable.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer emails, providing accurate pricing and product information.
• Package and ship products from our office location.
• Maintain inventory records.
• Operate independently while maintaining clear communication with managers.
• Attend occasional meetings with customers virtually.
• Miscellaneous errands as needed, such as picking up mail from another site.
• Encouraged to attend trade shows 2-3 times a year, lasting 2-3 days each, occasionally outside of the U.S. (expenses covered).

Required qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Must possess a valid driver's license and own a personal vehicle for work-related travel
• Able to occasionally lift and transport boxes up to 50lb
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in business/customer service/logistics
• Basic experience with Google Sheets and Google Docs
