ActivesHR. is looking for his client for an ALL-STAR player (probably YOU).

The client revolutionized the automotive industry with a product powered by AI, computer vision, and Machine learning that aims to enhance vehicle safety.

We want an experienced Product Designer focused on UX/UI Design to join their US team in Teaneck, NJ.

This role is pivotal in driving the hyper-growth of our different sectors, offering an opportunity to impact our products and services significantly.

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Management, Engineering, and Business teams to conceptualize and design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our products and features.
  • Understand and incorporate specific user needs and pain points into design decisions, enhancing user experience and satisfaction across B2B, B2B2C, and B2C channels.
  • Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, utilizing user-centered design methodologies.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to guide and validate design decisions, ensuring our products meet high usability standards.
  • Act as a key contributor to the visual and interactive aspects of product development, from concept to launch.
  • Contribute to defining and managing the UX/UI long-term strategy and roadmap.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are implemented according to specifications and maintain design consistency and coherence across all product lines.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in UX/UI design within the tech industry.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design, interaction design, and user-centered design processes.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma (preferred), Sketch).
  • Experience working in agile development teams and understanding of how to integrate design into development workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
