Actriv Healthcare is Hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Near Bend, OR
Actriv Healthcare, a patient-centric organization, is on a mission to help healthcare facilities meet their patient care goals. We're looking for RNs in the Bend, OR area, where you will have access to shifts at a variety of facilities. Our Actriv Team will help you find the shifts that suits your needs, giving you the freedom to create your own schedule.
Pay Range: $50/hr - $60/hr
Shifts Offered: Days/EVEs/NOC (Nights)
Employment Type: Per Diem, Part Time, Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Develop patient care plans.
- Administer medications to residents/patients.
- Prepare clinical/progress notes and summaries.
- Provide clinical care in compliance with current federal and state guidelines.
- Provide wound care, treatment and therapy.
- Functions as a resource person and mentor to peers and subordinates to maintain professional nursing standards.
- Acts on patients, resident’s behalf to assure patient rights and wellness.
Qualifications:
- Current state license as an RN
- Graduate of an accredited program of nursing
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- CPR/BLS
- Covid Vaccination
- 2TB or Chest X-Ray/Q-Gold/T-spot/QuantiFERON
